Had an AC unit go out during one of the hottest weekends of the year. I called Sanchez HVAC expecting to wait days, but they came out within 24 hours. The tech was on time, professional, and explained everything clearly. He had the part on hand and got it fixed the same day. Price was fair, no upselling, just straight-up good service.

I’ve had bad luck with other companies trying to sell me a whole new system when I just needed a repair. Sanchez HVAC didn’t do that. They diagnosed the issue, told me what was needed, and didn’t try to tack on extras. The furnace has been working perfectly ever since. These guys are now my go-to.

Got a new mini-split system installed through Sanchez HVAC last month. Installation went smooth, and they left everything clean when they finished. What impressed me most was the follow-up—someone called a week later just to make sure everything was running okay. You don’t see that much anymore.
